Squash is an exciting sport suited to players of all ability and is a fantastic way to keep fit. It is one of the highest calorie burning sports in the world and there’s no better way to relieve stress than by battering a ball against a wall as hard as you can! Come along to Pickaquoy Centre and join in the fun! Better yet, squash is included in the Active Life membership!

The club hosts regular training sessions for juniors and seniors as well as fun nights. Make sure to keep up to date on this site or on our Facebook page.

There are various types of competitions throughout the year and the club runs monthly leagues through the Winter months October through March. There are also fun leagues in the Summer months.
