During the winter months there are sessions at the club for juniors, gents, ladies and inter county training.

Ladies: Mondays 7 - 8pm for squash and racketball. Restarts Jan 9

Mens County training: Mondays 5 - 7pm

Mens County training: Wednesdays 5 -7pm

Ladies training: Thursdays 6 – 7.30pm. Restarts Jan 12

Juniiors: Saturdays 9.30-10.30am Restarts Jan 7

Hi Folks,

 There is a severe shortage of squash coaches in Orkney at the moment and it would be great if some of you are interested in attending a Level 1 course in Kirkwall? The old level one coaching qualification is no longer valid and the new one has now been standardised through out the UK.

 I'll email all the info and cost as soon as Scottish Squash confirm everything. It's a fantastic course with very good tutors when I did it about 2 years ago. Good DVD's etc and work books with helpful routines etc. 

 If you can think of anyone else who may be interested please ask them to contact me ASAP. If anyone has any question just give me a call.

Great to see the investment in courts in Stromness and Kirkwall, I'm sure the new facilities will spark some new life into the sport as it has done in Shetland where the leagues and membership have increased considerably!
